When a property goes under contract, the price changes, or you want to redirect a yard sign to a new listing, just update the destination. The printed QR stays the same.
After a sale, redirect the same QR to a new listing, a recently sold page, or your agency homepage. One printed sign, used across multiple listings.
Create separate QR codes for yard signs, window displays, flyers, and direct mail. Compare scan volumes to understand which locations and campaigns work best.
Customize QR colors to match your agency's identity. Yard signs, flyers, and direct mail pieces all look cohesive and professional.
An agent prints a QR code on a yard sign and links it to the current property listing. Before the weekend open house, the same QR redirects to a booking page. After the property sells, the QR is updated to a new listing or a recently sold page. No reprinting needed.

Production checklist
Use a property page that loads on mobile without an account. Put the address, photos and contact action near the top.
Test the printed sign from the pavement in daylight and shade. A QR that works on a desk may be too small from the street.
Print a short readable URL beside the code for people who cannot scan. Keep it clear of the agent’s phone number and other graphics.
When the property sells, keep its identity on the destination page and add a sold notice. Reuse generic signs; treat address-specific flyers differently.
With a dynamic QR code you can change the destination URL at any time. The printed QR code stays the same — buyers who scan it always reach the current destination.
For a generic agency sign, change the destination to the next listing. For a flyer naming a particular address, keep that property’s identity on the page and add a sold notice with links to current listings.
Create a separate QR code for each placement — yard sign, window display, flyer, direct mail piece. You can then compare scan volumes to see which materials generate the most interest.
A dynamic QR code can point to any URL: a virtual tour, a floor plan PDF, a contact form, a booking page, or your agency website. You can also change the destination whenever you need to.
Static QR codes encode the destination URL directly. They do not depend on InsightQR redirects, but the destination website must remain available. Their encoded URL cannot be edited after printing.
If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your existing dynamic QR codes continue redirecting to their last saved destination, so your printed signs and flyers do not suddenly stop working. Editing, analytics, new dynamic QR code creation, and advanced features are paused until you reactivate. Canceled accounts include a fair-use scan limit. Static QR codes do not depend on our redirect service; their destination must still remain available.
A generic agency sign can be reused. A flyer that names an address should keep opening information about that property, with a sold notice and a link to current listings. Sending an old property flyer straight to an unrelated home can confuse buyers.
No credit card required. One free dynamic QR code, forever. Printed signs and flyers that stay useful long after creation.
