WHY DYNAMIC QR CODES

Why real-estate teams use dynamic QR codes.

01 — DYNAMIC

Update listing links without reprinting.

When a property goes under contract, the price changes, or you want to redirect a yard sign to a new listing, just update the destination. The printed QR stays the same.

02 — REUSE

Reuse QR codes when a property sells.

After a sale, redirect the same QR to a new listing, a recently sold page, or your agency homepage. One printed sign, used across multiple listings.

03 — ANALYTICS

See which signs and flyers generate interest.

Create separate QR codes for yard signs, window displays, flyers, and direct mail. Compare scan volumes to understand which locations and campaigns work best.

04 — BRAND

Consistent branding across every sign.

Customize QR colors to match your agency's identity. Yard signs, flyers, and direct mail pieces all look cohesive and professional.

EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

One QR code. Used throughout the whole sale.

An agent prints a QR code on a yard sign and links it to the current property listing. Before the weekend open house, the same QR redirects to a booking page. After the property sells, the QR is updated to a new listing or a recently sold page. No reprinting needed.

01

Print one QR code on the yard sign

The QR links to the current property listing. Buyers scan it on the street.

02

Redirect before the open house

Update the destination to a booking page so interested buyers can register. No reprinting.

03

Reuse the sign after the sale

After the property sells, redirect the QR to a new listing or a recently sold page. The same printed sign stays useful.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can I update the listing link after the sign has been printed?

Yes. With a dynamic QR code you can change the destination URL at any time. The printed QR code stays the same — buyers who scan it always reach the current destination.

Can I reuse a QR code after a property is sold?

Yes. After a sale you can redirect the same QR code to a new listing, a recently sold page, or any other URL. You do not need to print a new sign.

Can I track scans from different signs or flyers?

Yes. Create a separate QR code for each placement — yard sign, window display, flyer, direct mail piece. You can then compare scan volumes to see which materials generate the most interest.

Can I link to a virtual tour or contact form?

Yes. A dynamic QR code can point to any URL: a virtual tour, a floor plan PDF, a contact form, a booking page, or your agency website. You can also change the destination whenever you need to.

Do static QR codes always work?

Yes. Static QR codes encode the destination URL directly into the code. They do not depend on our servers, so they always work — but they cannot be edited after printing.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your existing dynamic QR codes continue redirecting to their last saved destination, so your printed signs and flyers do not suddenly stop working. Editing, analytics, new dynamic QR code creation, and advanced features are paused until you reactivate. Canceled accounts include a fair-use scan limit. Static QR codes always keep working because they do not depend on our servers.
