WHY DYNAMIC QR CODES

Why agencies use dynamic QR codes.

01 — ANALYTICS

Prove print ROI to every client.

Scan counts, peak engagement times, device breakdown, and country data — for every flyer, poster, and direct mail piece. The data your clients have been asking for.

02 — DYNAMIC

Fix the URL after the campaign goes live.

Client changed the landing page after print? Update the QR destination without going back to press, without touching the artwork, without explaining it to anyone.

03 — REUSE

Reuse placements across campaigns.

After a campaign ends, redirect existing print placements to a new campaign or the client's homepage. Existing materials keep generating value.

04 — BRAND

QR codes designed for each campaign.

Generate on-brand QR codes for every client and every campaign. Match their palette, their style — and export at print resolution.

EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

One campaign. Fully measurable from print.

An agency creates a unique QR code for each print placement — poster, direct mail, in-store display. After the run, the client changes their landing page URL. The agency updates the QR destination in the dashboard. The campaign keeps running. At the end of the month, the agency reports real scan data per placement.

01

Create a unique QR code for each placement

One QR for the poster, one for the direct mail piece, one for the in-store display. Each placement tracked separately.

02

Client changes the landing page after print

Update the destination in the dashboard. The campaign keeps running without going back to press.

03

Report real scan data to the client

Show scan counts, peak times, country, and device data. Prove the print campaign worked — with numbers.

FAQ

Common questions.

Can I update the campaign URL after the print run?

Yes. With a dynamic QR code you can change the destination URL at any time. Printed materials keep working — they always point to the current destination.

Can I create separate QR codes for different placements?

Yes. Create a unique QR code for each placement — poster, direct mail, in-store display, OOH. You can then compare scan volumes to understand which placements perform best.

Can I manage QR codes for multiple clients?

Yes. You can create and manage as many QR codes as you need, organized however you like across campaigns and clients.

What analytics data is available?

Each QR code tracks scan count, scan times, visitor country, and device type. The data updates in real time and is available from your dashboard.

Do static QR codes always work?

Yes. Static QR codes encode the destination URL directly into the code. They do not depend on our servers, so they always work — but they cannot be edited after printing.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your existing dynamic QR codes continue redirecting to their last saved destination, so your printed materials do not suddenly stop working. Editing, analytics, new dynamic QR code creation, and advanced features are paused until you reactivate. Canceled accounts include a fair-use scan limit. Static QR codes always keep working because they do not depend on our servers.
